QC/Technical Support Our in-house quality control lab is run by experienced QC engineers and technicians. QC Staff 10 to 19 Detailed quality check reports We check each air purifier and humidifier piece by piece Materials/Components Raw materials should strictly comply with CE, GS and UL standards. Procedures/testing Details Production Quality Control (PQC) Comprehensive QC checks are performed at all stages of production. These include burn-in tests, drop tests, aging tests, reliability tests, temperature-control chamber tests and more. All tests are conducted in-house so we have a close look at every little detail. Final Quality Control (FQC) We inspect finished products piece by piece, including packing material, printing and more. All our products are stored in a clean room before shipment. We keep our product's defect rate below 1%.
